Meet: 9.45am for a PROMPT 10.00am start. Park on the small housing estate at Pottery Lane, opposite The Ferrers Arms, meeting at the children's play area.

Route: This six mile walk takes in part of the National Forest, then across to the Staunton Harold Estate. We take the footpath from Staunton Harold into the beautiful Dimmingsdale Nature Reserve. After walking through the nature reserve, we come back onto the Staunton Harold Estate, taking in views of Staunton Harold Hall. We then take the footpath back to Lount and can enjoy well deserved refreshments at The Ferrers Arms.
